Cancellation & Refund Policy – JR Wonderland

At JR Wonderland, we understand that plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all guests.

1. Cancellation Before 24 Hours

• Guests may cancel their reservation at least 24 hours before the check-in time to receive a full refund of the booking amount.

2. Cancellation Within 24 Hours

• If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the check-in time, the booking amount may not be refundable.

3. No-Show Policy

• If the guest does not arrive on the check-in date without prior cancellation, the booking will be considered a no-show and no refund will be issued.

4. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Modification of Booking

• Guests may request changes to their booking depending on availability.

6. Resort Cancellation

• In rare cases such as natural events, maintenance issues, or unforeseen circumstances, JR Wonderland reserves the right to cancel bookings. Guests will receive a full refund or an alternative booking date.
